We purchased Magic Windows 10 years ago. A couple of the windows lost their seal. One of the reasons we bought Magic was because of their 40 year warranty. When I called, they couldn't have been more responsive. Their customer service is top notch!! The window panes were replaced within a week. The installer did a great job and left the room perfectly clean I highly recommend Magic Windows.

I had my whole house outfitted by Magic windows in 2000 and 2005. Some of the weather stripping needed to be replaced on the windows, the rollers on my patio door were worn, the screen on the patio door was no longer operating smoothly, and the seal had been broken on one pane of glass. Magic Windows exceeded my expectations in every respect and everything was fixed in short order. They stood by their product after 20+ years. I am very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

So glad we went with magic windows. Had them for a year now. Had a couple issues. Brian came out and was awesome. Fixed everything quick and answered all my question. Great employees great company!

Want to give a shout out to Corey and his team at Magic Windows-they did a great job replacing every window in our house and our new custom patio door. We love the blind system and the simple cleaning of our windows. 4 years later we had one of the crescent windows blow a seal, and they came in very quickly and replaced immediately. I would recommend anyone looking for new windows to check them out - they are different than normal - but think that you will really enjoy them.
